Bookings Policy (Quick Guide)

1. Booking Deposits

All bookings (consultations and treatments) are subject to a $50 deposit.

(a) Should you proceed with treatment on the day, the deposit will be redeemed and deducted off the total cost at checkout.

(b) If you do not proceed with treatment, the deposit will be refunded to you in the same manner in which it was paid.

(c) The $50 booking deposit will be forfeited in the event of:

(i) Appointment 'No-show'

(ii) A late cancellation; less than 24 hours notice.

 

2. Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. To ensure the smooth functioning of our services and to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

(a) Cancellations within 24 Hours:

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the booking deposit being forfeited.

(b) Cancellations or No Shows on the Day of the Appointment:

Cancellations or no shows on the day of the appointment will result in the booking deposit being forfeited.

Please note - REPEATED late cancellations & 'no shows' on the day of an appointment will result in you being blocked from booking online with L'Amour Aesthetics. Moving forward, all appointments will need to be booked over the phone and be paid in full to secure your booking.

How to Cancel:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. You can reach us by email emilie@lamouraesthetics or phone 0410 938 814 call only. Instagram DM is NOT an appropriate method of cancellation.

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Late Arrivals:
Please note that arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full fee for the originally scheduled service may still apply.

Acknowledgment:
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our cancellation policy.
