Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP – Shop A & B, 139 Main Road McLaren Vale
Orders can be picked up Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays from 8:30am. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE POSTAGE
Orders are generally posted within 5 business days using Australia Post. A flat rate postage fee of $10 applies to orders posted to Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are unable to accept returns on skincare products.
We accept returns on up to 14 days after delivery, on sealed item (the Collagen Co. & sealed Jan Marini Skinn Care Management Systems) if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at emilie@lamouraesthetics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
